At Pinball Machines Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how return & refund policy work.
1. Returns Eligibility
✅ Accepted:
- Unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Return requests within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required.
❌ Not Accepted:
- Custom-built or refurbished pinball machines (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Opened software, decals, or modified products.
- Opened but undamaged pinball machines subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us
- Email info@pinballmachinesdepot.com with:
- Order number
- Photos (if defective/damaged)
- Reason for return
- Email info@pinballmachinesdepot.com with:
- Approval
- We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 3 business days.
- Ship Back
- Pack securely in original packaging.
- For freight returns (large pinball machines), contact us for scheduling.
- Include the RA number on the box.
3. Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.
- Method: Issued to original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Deductions:
- Return shipping costs (unless defective or our error).
- 15% restocking fee (if opened but undamaged).
4. Exchanges
- Defective/wrong items replaced at no cost (including return shipping).
- Contact us first for stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of damaged packaging/product.
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked on product page).
- Used/display model pinball machines.
- Gift cards or downloadable software.
7. Warranty Information
- New pinball machines include a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
- Contact us for warranty service assistance.
